“I am a very active person and I remember
what it is like to be hopelessly in pain and being sidelined from the
activities that I love. It gives me a great pride to help others get out
of pain and regain their health. It is as if I’m giving them the
chance to get back into the game again.”
“I take a genuine interest in my patient’s
care. Our office focuses on the total health of the individual,
therefore we encourage and educate our patients on life style changes
that can make a huge difference in being pain free.”
Professionally, Dr. Train is a member of the
North Carolina Chiropractic Association, the Business and Professional
Women in Lincolnton and the Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce.
